It is our pleasure to invite you to 4^th Online International Congress of Turkish Neuroendocrinology Society. The meeting will be organized as online between 26 – 28th November 2020. There will be a workshop (jointly organized with the International Neuroendocrine Federation) on methods in neuroendocrinology research on 26^th November (Thursday) and, the opening session and keynote lecture will be held on the evening of the same day.
This international meeting is organized to celebrate the 12^th anniversary of the Turkish Neuroendocrinology Society. We aim to provide a stimulating scientific program and attract participants from several national and international institutions. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific board and published in an electronic Abstract Book. In addition, selected abstracts presented at the meeting will be published in an online supplement issue of the Neuroendocrinology.
The scientific program will include keynote lectures, symposia, a panel, oral and poster sessions in all aspects of neuroendocrinology. Invited speakers include Professor Robert Millar, Stafford Lightman, William Colledge, Fahrettin Keleştemur, John Speakman, Mike Ludwig, Emre Yakşi and Ali Kemal Topaloğlu.
A workshop on methods in neuroendocrinology research will be organized on the first day of the meeting where Professors Kevin O’Byrne, Emre Yakşi, William Colledge and Ahmet Ayar will be introducing hormone measurement and analysis, optogenetic, pharmacogenetic, electrophysiology and imaging methods. A session will be dedicated to advanced molecular biology techniques for early career neuroscientists. A large area will be allocated for sponsors to display their products and meet with researchers.
